ALICE welcomes two new colleagues Stefanie van Damme and Máximo Martinez to the secretariat team. Both will help ALICE in managing two brand new brilliant projects as well as strengthen ALICE’s Mission and vision!
Stefanie and Máximo will work as ALICE project managers and technical leads within ZEFES Zero Emissions flexible vehicle platforms with modular powertrains serving the long-haul Freight Eco System and MODI, Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility solutions for real-logistics operations projects.
MODI: A Leap Towards SAE L4 Automated Driving Features, MODI is a European cross-border initiative to accelerate the introduction of Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility solutions to significantly improve logistic chains (More information on MODI and MODI website) set to Kick-Off in November 2022. Duration: 42 Months, started 1st October 2022.
ZEFES: Zero Emissions flexible vehicle platforms with modular powertrains serving the long-haul Freight Eco System, ZEFES involves 5 truck OEMs, 2 trailer OEMs, suppliers, logistic operators, and research partners will work together towards the overall goal of accelerating the integration of ZEVs for long distance heavy transport, by focusing on efficiency improvements, mass production capabilities and demonstrating the use of the technologies in daily operations.
