Consultation Workshop on The New EU Urban Mobility Initiative: Urban Freight Transport and Logistics

Date: Monday 21 June 2021, 14.30 – 16.30 CEST (online event via ZOOM)

This workshop (online event) allows urban mobility practitioners and stakeholders to have their say on policy and priorities being addressed at the European level related to urban freight transport and logistics, and on specific actions to be included in the European Commission’s Urban Mobility Initiative.

Participants will be invited to provide feedback during four break-out sessions:

Improving integrated urban logistics planning
Data collection and sharing to support operational efficiency and sustainable urban logistics planning
Spatial planning to accommodate sustainable urban last mile logistics
Uptake and upscaling of new, innovative and sustainable transport solutions.

It is being organised by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport (DG MOVE), in cooperation with POLIS and ALICE.
